County resources we plug families into
The Montgomery County Office of Aging and Adult Services (based in Norristown) runs the local Area Agency on Aging — home-delivered meals, adult day programs, PACE (LIFE Geisinger and LIFE St. Mary), OPTIONS in-home services, and OMBUDSMAN advocacy. When a family qualifies for public benefits, we make the introductions instead of guessing.
We also work regularly with senior centers in Ambler, Lansdale, Pottstown, and Abington, and with township-based transportation programs when a parent can't drive but doesn't need medical transport.
